Lou Ann is responsible for overseeing the firm’s preparation and review section, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage field to thoroughly manage and train those under her supervision.
Before joining Polunsky Beitel Green, she was operations manager of a well-known law firm. There, Lou Ann oversaw the practice’s day-to-day business activities, which included ensuring accurate and timely review of closing documents, resolution of title issues and maintaining a high degree of client interaction and satisfaction. In addition to developing best practices and implementing comprehensive written procedures, she is experienced in developing software to improve legal document preparation and invoice accounting.
Lou Ann began her career in the title industry preparing loan documents for residential mortgage closings.
