Jamie Miloch’s responsibilities include developing construction loan products for new and existing clients, managing construction loan workflows and overseeing and training staff. Jamie has extensive and specialized experience in residential construction lending on a national level. A loan compliance expert, she possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of statutory requirements involving construction protocols and federal regulations governing construction loans in all 50 states, and she is an authority on TRID disclosures and subsequent guidance for all loan products. Before joining the firm, Jamie served as construction division manager for a national law firm, where she managed a team of closers and assisted clients in structuring construction loan products. She has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, having worked as a processor, underwriter, loan officer and mortgage broker.
