Andrew Duane has represented clients in many facets of residential mortgage lending including regulatory compliance, consumer financial laws, and real property law. While attending Texas A&M University School of Law, he worked as a part of Polunsky Beitel Green’s document preparation team. Before joining Polunsky Beitel Green, he worked in the mortgage industry as a loan processor and real estate agent assistant. This prior experience has allowed Andrew to understand the residential mortgage industry from the ground up.
Andrew currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Houston Mortgage Bankers Association and is the Co-Chair for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association’s Young Mortgage Bankers Committee.
After graduating from Oklahoma State University, Andrew received a prestigious United States congressional fellowship to work in Germany as a citizen diplomat interning in all levels of government for the German State of Thuringia.
In his free time, Andrew volunteers as a committeeman for the Champion Wine Garden as part of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
