In his new role, Mr. Idziak will have direct supervision over the firm’s associate attorneys. In addition, Peter will join the firm’s Executive Group.

Mr. Idziak has a stellar track record representing clients in all areas of residential mortgage lending for more than a decade. An honors graduate in Government at Harvard University, Mr. Idziak earned his law degree with honors, at the University of Texas School of Law.

Mr. Idziak has extensive experience in the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).

Mr. Idziak also furnishes client guidance concerning Veterans Administration (VA), Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) requirements.
